Are we married to Christ now or later?

This is will be a very short blog... But I just read a blog from Heather Lindsey (just found her and her husband's ministry) and she was talking about relationships. I recently attended a Bridal Show with my friend who is getting married. At the entrance they had bracelets for each guest, one would say "Bride" one would say "Groom" and the rest "Guest". Throughout the entire show, as vendors came up to explain their products, they will ask "Now, are you the bride?" or look at her bracelet.
I say all this, because I didn't think that question was weird until I read Heather's blog post about how God refers to us as his bride and that we must act like it. Now, if you don't have a Christian foundation or simply don't know. Christ is the Bridegroom and the Church (which is us) is His bride. We are married to him. Him and the Church are One because He laid down His life for His bride when He sacrificed His life on the Cross. He is coming again to get His bride (His Church) and there will be a great feast in Heaven when Jesus and His Bride are married (The marriage supper; found in the book of Revelation).
Now, my quick question was "Which one is it? Are we married to Christ now or will we be married to Christ and if we're not married to Christ or we engaged?"
Simple answer, as soon as you are engaged (in many cultures and probably back in the day in the America)  you are viewed as married (or one with your bethrothed), you are called a "Bride" and a "Groom" even though the actual marriage ceremony haven't happened yet. So, what's the big deal?
I think that changes everything. We're not dating God, we're not even courting God, we are engaged to Him and He sees you as His bride. How does a to-be-bride act? Well, tricky question to ask nowadays (with all the foolishness surrounding the sanctity of marriage)... but a bethrothed bride has eyes only for her groom, she will NEVER even think about cheating or sleeping around with other guys. She remains pure because she knows that the day is coming when it will be official. I have to say that God is good, not only does He want to marry us but He gives us the tool to be ready on the Marriage day, His Word. The Bible and His precious Holy Spirit.
I hope this clarified it (if that thought ever crossed your mind),
Thank you Lord Jesus. :)
Oh and always remember Jesus loves you and go ahead and Laugh out Loud while you're seating there! (go ahead, no one is looking)... lol.
